The AEPSE2015 Exhibition is open to any company / organization, which may seek an opportunity to promote one's experience, programs, products and services through operating commercial and/or non-commercial booths at the Congress.
The Exhibition will take place in 2F / 8F, Ramada plaza Jeju Hotel and the allotment of booths will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • Exhibition Schedule : September 21 (Tue.) ~ September 24 (thur), 2015 / 4 days
  • Venue : Convention Lobby (in front of the conference room), 2F and 8F, Ramada Plaza Jeju Hotel
  • Application Deadline : August 07(Fri.), 2015 (Application is close when all booths are reserved)

Booth Space 1 booth: 3m width x 2m depth x 2.5m height
Booth Location The Organizer shall allocate the space considering the floor space, the type of the products and other reasonable standards. The Organizer shall make discretionary decisions regarding exhibit-related arrangements.

* Terms of payment : We are taking reservations now in the form of a 50% deposit on the full price of space contracted. Full payment will be required by the due date to keep your space reserved.
* All bank charges involved in making the bank transfer must be paid by payee/applicant and not by the conference organizer.

5. Cancellation/ Refund Rules

* Cancellation before August 21 (Fri.), 2015 : 50% of exhibition fee will be refunded
* Cancelled after August 21 (Fri.), 2015 : No refund
