The conference special proceedings will be published in the world nominated journals, " Surface and Coatings Technology" and "Archieves of Biochemistry and Biophysics" of Elsevior Co.as regular papers through peer review following the guideline of publishers. The period of manuscripts submission is August 31, 2015 to October 31, 2015.

Paper publication fee of 50.00 US$ will be charged for all process of manuscript including review by referees, guest editors and managing guest editor and editorial work etc.
